Request an Emergency Ambulance to your location and First Aid Advice at your fingertips with NA 998 App.
The comprehensive emergency App from National Ambulance available in both Arabic and English has features for requesting an ambulance, location identification and lifesaving first aid advice; all at your fingertips.
Directly linked to the 998 Emergency Ambulance number, the App allows users to request an ambulance from locations within National Ambulance service area in the UAE, whilst also provides their location coordinates to the National Ambulance Communication Centre in the UAE; vital in emergency situations.
The App also includes handy first aid tips via easy to follow instructions and graphics, allowing smart phone users access to lifesaving advice for handling the different types of emergencies they may come across.
User registration is mandatory for accessing the App. First Aid Guide is accessible to all users while the Emergency Ambulance Request is only available in the areas covered by National Ambulance in the UAE (Sharjah, Ras Al-Khaimah, Fujairah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain).
The National Ambulance 998 Application (NA 998) was developed by National Ambulance LLC, United Arab Emirates.

يتيح لك تطبيق الإسعاف الوطني المتوفر باللغتين العربية والانجليزية مجموعة ميّزات وخدمات ذكية متنوعة أهمها الطلب الفوري لخدمة الإسعاف، خدمة تحديد المواقع ودليل شامل لإرشادات الإسعافات
الأولية.
من خلال التطبيق المرتبط بشكل مباشر بغرفة عمليات الاسعاف الوطني ورقم طوارئ الإسعاف 998، أصبح بإمكانك الآن طلب خدمة الإسعاف في حالات الطوارئ أينما تواجدت في المناطق التي يعمل بها الإسعاف الوطني بالإمارات العربية المتحدة. فبمجرد الضغط على زر "طلب الإسعاف لحالة طارئة"، يقوم التطبيق بإرسال الاحداثيات الدقيقة لموقعك الجغرافي مما يمكن غرفة عمليات الإسعاف الوطني من الاتصال بك واتخاذ إجراءات تفعيل سيارة الإسعاف وتوفير الاستجابة في أسرع وقت ممكن.
كما يتضمن التطبيق دليلا شاملا للإسعافات الأولية مدعم بالصور التوضيحية والإرشادات السهل اتباعها للتعامل مع الحالات الإسعافية المختلفة.
يمكن لجميع المستخدمين الاستفادة من دليل الإسعافات الأولية إلاّ أنّ طلب طوارئ الإسعاف متاح فقط لسكان المناطق التي يغطيها الإسعاف الوطني في الإمارات العربية المتحدة (الشارقة، رأس الخيمة، الفجيرة، عجمان، أم القوين).
