About RTD Transit Watch

The RTD Transit Watch app is instrumental in providing our customers with multiple means of communication with RTD for quality of ride issues, comments or compliments about our transportation system with a convenient direct call button and a simple to use form to submit electronically. We are dedicated to their comfort and an enjoyable travel experience. Our customer service phone and app lines are monitored 24/7 and we pride ourselves on our speedy response to our customers' needs.The RTD Transit Watch app is designed for use throughout the RTD system, including underground stations. In areas without cellular or Wi-Fi service, the app will store information that is sent by the user and will resend it when cellular or Wi-Fi connectivity returns. The RTD Transit Watch app contains awareness training information.
Additional Features:
The app has several additional options for transit riders to use. These include:
- The RTD-Denver Transit Watch website.
- The 8–Signs of Terrorism, anti-terrorism awareness training as developed by the Department of Homeland Security specifically for mass transit.

What's New:
- A two-way message system between the RTD Transit Police and the app user that can be found under the "Chat" tab.

A new feature has been added to allow RTD Transit Police to send a text message to the app user who has submitted a report via the app. If RTD Transit Police need more information or to contact the person for any reason, they can do so via the app and the user can still remain anonymous. After receiving a message the app user can respond via the app on the "chat" screen.
