The Hub, by ProMotion Fitness is a yoga, pilates, fitness, wellness community committed to full throttle, pain-free living. We teach well-being through the lens of yoga and ayurveda; addressing stress, trauma, pain, and chronic illness as the whole-being challenges that they are. As opportunities, not obstacles.

Movement is where we begin. Finding ways to move and feel strong at any age.

We are currently offering classes ONLINE and in Carmel, IN, OUTDOORS in our local parks. ONLINE Series classes address specific issues such as anxiety, hip and back pain, and more.
