About Track your Moon Centers

Based on ancient yogic technology, Moon Centers are sensitive physical areas of a woman’s body that are responsive to lunar energies. They affect us emotionally, mentally and physically.

We have 11 Moon Centers: arcline, brows, earlobes, cheeks, lips, neck/nape, breast, navel, vagina, clitoris and inner thighs. Our moon center changes every 2.5 days over a 28 day cycle. Every moon center has a positive, neutral and negative side to it. Our emotions shift every time we transition to our next moon center.

Each one of us has a unique and specific cycle and sequence. This sequence never changes (unless there’s an emotional shock).

Start tracking your Moon Centers and by the end of a 28 day cycle, we’ll send your Moon Center Sequence. It is your personal roadmap towards owning yourself and your emotions.
