It's pretty simple—every time you run, walk, hike, moonwalk, or whatever you do in your shoes, add the distance of your workout to your shoes and Treadwear will let you know when your shoes need to be replaced.

• Add mileage with EXACTLY ZERO TAPS by designating a pair of shoes as the default for runs, walks, or hikes.
• Get notifications about new Health workouts so you never forget to add your mileage or check on your shoes' inevitable decay.
• The very fancy S h o e R e t i r e m e n t P r e d i c t o r estimates when your shoes will wear out so you can add a retail therapy event to your calendar.
