About UVM WE 2019
UVM WE 2019 provides you with 24/7 wellness promotion access. This app is exclusively available to the University of Vermont and State Agricultural College community.
• RESEARCH – this research app is part of a larger study at the University of Vermont and State Agricultural College and is currently limited to participating students only.
o Registration requires sign-up with a UVM net ID account available only to UVM students.
o Personalized wellness surveys sent every night
• HEALTH PROMOTION – incentivizing wellness through the Four Pillars of Wellness
o Set goals for exercise
o Engage in guided mindfulness, yoga, and fitness sessions
o Track water consumption
o Track your nutrition intake
o Earn WEcoins when you complete your goals
o Community Calendar – the available resource for WE & UVM Campus Activities

-Notifications: Get in-app notifications as well as an external notification for survey reminder.
-Survey Report & myWellness: Based on your survey activity, get helpful suggestions to stay on track.
-Trophies: Earn trophies for logging your activity, attending events & more!
