About WellSteps

The WellSteps worksite wellness mobile app let users participate in the WellSteps worksite wellness programs. Use this app to enter reward activities, complete the personal health assessment, and participate in behavior change campaigns.

This app integrates with the Apple Health app (once you enable it) to sync your daily steps, distance, minutes, and active calories to easily participate in programs that track your progress.
