WORKOUT MODE: For those looking for the most effortless way to stay healthy and reduce impact of sedentary lifestyle without having to go anywhere, Yogacraft offers WORKOUT mode: a series of the shortest 5-10-15 minutes workout routines that easily fit into a morning, day, or evening breaks between other things you do. Your progress and calories are sent directly to Apple Health, helping to close the "rings" on Apple Watch.
WANT TO LEARN MEDITATE? - Not a problem! YogaCraft has a unique Buddhist meditation trainer with the feedback. It is a PRACTICAL way to grasp the essence of any meditation and learn the easiest way to reach the state of meditation called Dhyana.
