- Miro Integration: Your team can now access Miro's powerful collaboration features directly inside Around's desktop app! Additionally, the last Miro board used in a room is immediately available the next time you join, so your team can easily pick up where they left off. Note: mobile users can view an active Miro board, but cannot create or edit boards at this time. You can learn more about our Miro integration at new.around.co.

• Avatar Updates: We’ve refined how avatars are arranged and added colorful new avatar placeholders to make your next meeting or event looks even better.
• Automatic GIF Removal: Just set it and forget it. GIFs are now automatically removed after 5 seconds, so once you’ve reacted to the moment you can focus back in on the conversation.
• New Default Filter: We know how much you appreciate consistency, so we’ve updated the default video filter to match the desktop and browser version of Around.
• Plus several bug fixes, including an issue that could cause a connection to drop when switching between WIFI and LTE

* Event Rooms: A new type of room that supports up to 100 people, Event Rooms feature a Stage area and include a new set of Room Admin permissions to help facilitate effective communication. While in an Event Room, only people that "Take the Stage" can turn on their microphone and camera to speak with the audience. All other meeting participants can still use GIF and emoji reactions.
* Echo Prevention: Now available to iOS users, Echo Prevention allows multiple people to be on the same call in the same physical space without creating unwanted echo. This means that you can use your own device wherever you are, while leaving your headphones in your bag.
