About Arriva UK Bus App
The official Arriva Bus App has a range of features designed to make it easier for you to get around on regional Arriva buses in the UK. Whether you want to know the live departure time of the next bus, where the nearest bus stop is, or how to get to your destination, the Arriva Bus App is for you.
Since launching in late 2013, the app has been downloaded over 1 million times across all platforms and is being used by Arriva customers on a daily basis. When things are unfortunately not running to plan, customers are using the app to know when and how we can still get you to your destination. You can also use it to find out which day saver pass you require for your journey and even purchase it as a mobile ticket, or simply contact us using your preferred method.

App Features
1. Trip Planner
This will help you plan how to get from A to B. It can detect where you are and plan from there, or you can tell it where you want your journey to begin. It will work from postcodes, bus stop name, or place names.
2. Live Map
This will default to your current location, but you can set it to show any starting point, and it will show you a map of your route with the buses actually moving along the route.
3. Bus Times
It will either use your current location or you can input a different bus stop to start from, and it will tell you the time of the next busses buses from that bus stop.
4. m-tickets
This will link you through to the Arriva m-ticket app, which will enable you to buy tickets on your mobile phone.
5. Contact Us
We welcome your feedback using Facebook, Twitter, Live Chat, Email or Phone call

Welcome to the updated Arriva Bus App. This update reflects your feedback, which we’ve incorporated to improve user experience and add functionality. There’s now a personalised live departure board on the home screen and a quick link to our brand new Mobile Ticketing app with improved user interface, reliability and payment options. A tutorial explains the changes in detail and this will always be available for future reference on the main menu.

When completing a Trip Plan, you will now be presented with the cheapest Adult Day pass that is valid for your intended Journey. Tapping this line, will automatically take you to that ticket in the Arriva m-ticket app.
Note – The Arriva m-ticket app has been completely updated and is much improved over more recent versions. So why not replace your paper saver ticket today?
Even more buses now have real-time updates associated to them, as we are also predicting times for future Journeys (ones that are due to depart in the near future).

Building upon our recent update to support iOS8 devices, we have now updated the links to our brand new website. You can also link directly to the homepage of this mobile-friendly site, for additional information from your local company.
In the ‘Contact Us’ menu you will now find a direct link to our Live Chat text service, where you can chat to our Customer Service team.
