About AssuredCare App:
1. What is the AssureCare app?
The AssuredCare mobile application is a solution to allow Harris CapRock customers to access a subset of their portal functionality.
2. What are the provisioning requirements for my AssuredCare mobile account?
Customers are required to have access to the Harris CapRock portal before they can request an AssuredCare mobile account. If you do not have access to the portal or if you have lost your account information please contact your service delivery or account manager.
3. How long will it take to approve my AssuredCare mobile account?
Your request will be processed within 7 working days.
4. Who should I contact if my request is rejected?
Please contact your service delivery or account manager if your request has been rejected.
What does the AssuredCare Mobile Application provide to Harris CapRock customers?
1. Service Portfolio Inventory
AssuredCare app provides the ability to view basic information on your Harris CapRock provided services.
2. Incident Tickets Visibility
AssuredCare app provides ticket information and updates from the Harris CapRock's support organization related to your services. You have the ability to add your own updates to these whenever you wish to provide additional information to help our engineers support you.
3. Raw Service Availability Statistics
AssuredCare app provides raw availability statistics related to your services.
Availability statistics are available for:
* 1 Day
* 7 Days
* 30 Days
* 365 Days
4. Incident Ticket Push Notifications
Incident ticket notifications will be pushed to your device based on your preferences.
Current Notifications include:
* Ticket Creation
* Ticket Update
* Ticket Resolution
