Heavy Equipment Inspection Description
Lean software for qualified safety inspectors who check heavy machines and work equipment on construction sites in accordance with OSH / DGUV regulations.

Recurring inspections are easily accomplished with this app. Special inspections according to DGUV rule 100-500 chapter 2.12 are implemented for earth-moving machines. Individual checklists or templates can be created for all different types of heavy equipment.

With the app, you can easily perform the visual inspection and annotate measured values. For the electrical measurement and the reading of the vehicle bus system, you still need additional, suitable measuring devices of your choice. You can later include the protocols of the measuring devices to the report from the app.

A CHEQSITE account is required to use this app. Our service team will be happy to assist you with the setup and use. Please also have a look at the instructions on the CHEQSITE YouTube channel.

We have implemented many improvements in this update. Please also remember to update your CHEQSITE PC software.
- Inventory items can now be edited from an inspection item in an inspection. It is no longer necessary to switch to inventory management.
- A separate inspection date can now also be set in inspection items, e.g. if inspection items are checked over a period of several days.
- In the PDF report, the inspection items can be grouped according to the inventory template. Example: Ladders, gates, cranes, etc.
- It is now possible to hide file names in the PDF report.
- A larger placeholder is available for contractor data in the footer of the PDF report, i.e. more characters are displayed.
- Barcodes / QR codes and NFC can now also be scanned in the inventory item overview.
- In a rack inspection, positions with defects can be sorted by position in the user interface.
- The filter on inventory items has been revised.
- Logos in text templates are no longer displayed.
- Seconds are no longer displayed in the UI.
- Titles of inspection lists are displayed in corresponding list overviews.
