Move the table name up in case that the table name was pushed to the right after the store name and phone on the sticker tag. If the tag paper size is too small, the table name might not bee seen.

1. Fixed the problem that the last e-invoice's title of current period has wrong period printed.
2. Added the function that the tag printout's store name will be replaced by the member's name and phone number if there is member information in the order data.
3. Fixed the disconnection problem of the extended POS, if it comes back from the background.
4. Added the function that the printing timeout length of the thermal printer could be changed by the user.

11. Now, when the network connection is disconnected, instead of showing disconnection icon only, there is voice alarm too.
