Initiated in mid 1990s as an annual event for the Assessors to celebrate their togetherness, the BEC has grown to include many critical purposes such as the tightening the Tata glue, discovering the emerging trends, absorbing the strategic imperatives and refocusing energy towards achieving the group goals.
