About Block & Flow: Stay focused

Do more in less time with 25-minute blocks. Take it one block at a time and surprise yourself with how much you can accomplish.

Inspired by tried and trusted time management techniques. Block & Flow is simple, beautiful and will get your productivity flowing.

WHY IT WORKS:
- It makes it easy to get the day started. Just do your first block.
- Creates an enjoyment and satisfaction as you see all that you get done. See your blocks build up one by one.
- It is clear when to stop. Stop when your block has finished, or after you have done x many blocks for the day.
- Every block that you finish is a small success. As these small successes build-up, your self- belief grows.
- If you keep finishing your blocks. The time will add up to a lot and you will surprise yourself. (We under-estimate what we can do in the long term).

This update fixes an issue where the app crashed because of a number of mistakes that I had made. Whoops!!!!

- Fixes a crash caused by tapping delete on a completed block on an iPad.
- The history chart now updates when a block's area is changed.
- When changing the area for a completed block on an iPad, the available areas are no longer squashed.

- Order of the areas is now preserved after creating a new area
- 'Press to start' label shows in the block timer when the timer is stopped
- When an area is deleted the app no longer crashes when the next block completes.

- Many more colors have been added to use with areas. I hope you like them.
- The tour has an improved design and an explanation for the Goals feature.
- It is now quicker to start your next block. When you press 'Continue' your next block will now start.
- Fixes an issue where a note for a block could be cut off.

As always, thank you for the encouraging reviews and feedback. I am pleased so many of you find Block & Flow so useful.

With the release I have started the next step of building for the future. My aim is to help someone to do more blocks, as I know people use blocks to do many wonderful things. The app now supports subscriptions, so that I can get Block & Flow to a stable financial place, and accomplish all the exciting plans that I have.

There is a fully featured free trial so that you can discover if the app if a good for you. If Block & Flow becomes a big help to you, then commit with a pro subscription option.
