a) It makes using the app more efficient by having lesser steps to achieve the end goal of managing blood pressure
b) It makes the app simpler to use, understand and learn - by being clutter free

Actionable Insights:

The second area of value we created is by having actionable insights.

The fundamental question to ask is: "Why should we monitor our blood pressure?". We do it so that we can take actionable insights to lower or maintain it.

We achieve this end-goal by informing users about their lifestyle decisions that affect their blood pressure. For example, whether eating a heavy meal has a high, medium or low impact on their blood pressure. (Important: Notes must be chosen consistently for best results, for example, you have to record that you felt stressed every time you feel so. Otherwise, the insights would not be accurate)
