Updating readers with NFC configuration (only for Apple devices)
After updating the readers, users can securely send access credentials to NFC-enabled readers. NFC functionality provides a convenient and secure access control system for buildings or rooms. Authorized users simply need to present their NFC-enabled phone to the reader, and the NFC technology allows for a fast and wireless encrypted data transfer between the device and the reader. The reader then verifies the user's access credentials and grants or denies access accordingly. NFC technology is a reliable and efficient option for access control systems, providing enhanced security and convenience. By using NFC, access control systems can greatly improve their efficiency and help ensure secure access to buildings and rooms.

• Importing and applying configuration files to BlueDiamond readers: With this version of the BlueDiamond Toolkit app, you can import and apply configuration files to available readers. The configuration files will determine how the specific readers are formatted and behave. Multiple readers can be configured using default configuration files or files that are fully configurable by your organization.
• Get authorization credentials using a mobile number: You can now receive authorization credentials and login into the BlueDiamond Toolkit app using a mobile phone number. In the previous versions of the BlueDiamond Toolkit app the user received an email with a 26-digit authorization code and a four-digit PIN, but in this version the app you can acquire authorization credentials via a mobile phone number and a short six-digit verification code. This makes it much easier and simpler to start using the BlueDiamond Toolkit app.
