About Bongo - Bus on the Go
Bongo is a GPS-based, real-time passenger information system that allows riders to find current bus locations as well as predictions for upcoming bus arrivals. Predicted arrival times are determined by a third party, not the Bongo app. Bus location and arrival times are dependent on proper functioning of hardware installed on the buses.

Messages!
When the transit agencies send out a message about a service interruption or route changes, the messages will now appear in the app. Messages may pertain to entire routes, or single stops. Currently, messages are only viewable from a stop. If a favorited stop on the home screen has messages, you will see an icon appear next to the stop name. If you are viewing a stop details screen and the stop has messages, you will see an icon appear in the top right, next to the favorite icon. Clicking these icons will bring up a list of messages attached to that stop. We hope to improve and expand this feature in future versions.
We also eliminated most "dead end" paths from routes->stops and stops->routes.

The Bongo app has been rebuilt from the ground up, supporting all current devices. All of the familiar features are still there and we have added the ability to toggle between showing only your favorite routes or all routes for your favorite stops on the home screen.
