You can now share your contact card with a lead. Just click the paperclip from the Conversations view and choose your contact card. If by chance you receive a vCard from a lead, just download it and your phone will turn it into a contact right there and then. The text input bar will collapse when you type to make the most of the texting experience. You can always reopen it by clicking the arrow on the left of the text box.

Have you ever added a phone number to a lead profile? Us too. Hitting add at times like these should add the number to the profile immediately so you aren’t left questioning whether or not you imagined the whole thing. We will no longer make you leave the profile and come back to know the truth. Brokers are now able to transfer a lead to a specific lead matching rule from the app. From a lead’s profile, you can choose to send to any rule with active agents in it.
