פראנה יוגה הוא סטודיו המהווה מקום חם, אינטימי וביתי למתרגלי היוגה המתחילים ומקום בו יוכלו מתרגלים ותיקים להעמיק את יכולותיהם הגופניות וכן את ידיעתם בדרך היוגה.
סטודיו פראנה יוגה הוקם לפני 14 שנים במטרה להפיץ את תורת היוגה ולהשריש את כוחותיה הרבים בחיי היום יום. פראנה יוגה הינו הסטודיו הראשון בישראל אשר משלב סגנונות שונים ומגוונים של תרגול יוגה תחת קורת גג אחת.

השיעורים בסטודיו מחולקים לפי רמות ובכל השיעורים ניתנים דגשים המתמקדים בישורת הגוף, נשימה יוגית וזרימה במהלך התרגול.
אפשר למצוא בפראנה יוגה גם שיעורי יוגה המותאמים במיוחד לנשים בהריון, שיעורי יוגה למתחילים, שיעורי מדיטציה, סדנאות, מפגשי העשרה בתחומים שונים מעולם היוגה ואימוני העמקה ללימוד ליוגה.

למשפחת פראנה שני בתים: בתל אביב מרכז וגבעתיים, המציעים מעל 90 שיעורים שבועיים בשעות הבוקר והערב וכן בסופי שבוע.
