Bad 2 Bad: Extinction é uma sequência de Bad 2 Bad: Delta, retornando com mais histórias e diversos conteúdos. Extinction mostra a história após você derrotar a organização terrorista de Gorat al-Llama, Al-Qatala, e descobrir os humanos por trás deles. Nesta sequência, um conflito em grande escala entre a "Legião sem cauda" (os humanos)e a Equipe Delta B2B se desdobrará.
■ Apresentando as 5 forças
Em Bad 2 Bad: Extinction, um total de 5 forças diferentes são introduzidas como seu novo inimigo : zumbis chamados de Selvagens (SV), Sanguepuros (SP), Azarões (AZ), Amazonas (AM), e a Legião Sem Cauda (LGS). Cada força tem suas próprias características e histórias.
■ Luta pela sobrevivência
Enquanto procura pelo seu alvo principal no campo da missão repleto de Selvagens, prosseguir com as campanhas pela força. Você também pode jogar o jogo com mais liberdade em mapas gerados aleatoriamente e concluir missões extras para coletar itens e/ou receber recompensas.
■ Personalização de armas e personagens
Você pode modificar sua arma e acessorizar seu personagem o tanto quanto desejar. Mais armas, equipamentos, fantasias e mais personagens chegarão em breve.
■ Forme sua própria força especial
Em Extinction, você pode organizar e desenvolver sua própria unidade. Cada inimigo tem diferentes padrões e características de ataque. Se você travar em algguma parte, tente atualizar equipamentos e mudar suas táticas.

Para usar armas diferentes da sua arma principal de forma eficaz, você deve aprender as habilidades das respectivas armas.
