این سامانه در آدرس اینترنتی https://Bishomarim.com با تلاش‌های شبانه‌روزی جمعی از برنامه‌نویسان و فعالان حوزه آی‌تی (تیم متخصصان ایران آزاد) و با حمایت و پشتیبانی شبکه‌ی #فرشگرد طراحی شده است.

برخی از امکانات و اهداف سامانه‌ی #بیشماریم به شرح زیر است:

۲. شناسایی و ثبت مراکز نظامی و انتظامی و امنیتی در سراسر ایران

۳. شناسایی و ثبت محل دوربین‌های مداربسته در سطح کشور

۴. ثبت در لحظه‌ی محل تجمع نیروهای امنیتی و نظامی و انتظامی در سطح شهرها با قابلیت اضافه کردن توضیحاتی چون تعداد و نوع نیروها
