Electricity Maps

We have improved the UI to make it more clear when data is missing for a country and temporarily being replaced by estimated data.
Also includes a bunch of translation improves and minor fixes.

Added new US state borders

Fixes a bug in the latest release that made the app unusable - sorry about that! #facepalm

This release fixes a bug where country details are sometimes not shown when selecting a country.

Most importantly: the app now support estimated data!
This means that we can fill holes where data providers temporarily fail and even show new countries (like Indonesia) that we couldn't get on the map earlier.

Secondly, a very small, but highly requested change that we should have done a long time ago:
the "back arrow" now goes back to the map.

And lastly: A bunch of bugs (such as double-tapping to zoom) have been fixed.
