About EMDR Therapy

EMDR Therapy is an app designed to help clinicians treat patients who have been exposed to stressful situations and disturbing events. Based on EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and BSDR (Bilateral sounds Desensitization and Reprocessing) the app provides both visual and aural stimulation that alternately stimulates the left and right hemisphere of the brain.

The visuals and sounds of EMDR Therapy are designed to be pleasant and soothing to help counter disturbing emotions. The app has animated scenes for adults and for children.

EMDR Therapy V 2.0 has a new streamlined interface to make it easier to use. We've added three new animations as well.

EMDR Therapy can now be used with tactile pulsers. Plug your iPhone or iPad into a flat screen TV and the pulsers into the headphone jack to hear and feel the animation.
