FGS students and postdocs use this friendly and dynamic App to easily access critical academic information and use its interactive interface to conveniently fulfill administrative tasks anytime and anywhere. *FEED*: Receive general FGS announcements and personal administrative and academic notifications; *COURSES*: Search for a course; View course details; Register to courses; Cancel course registration; Submit feedback on courses; Teaching assistants may submit their hour reporting. *GRADES & CPs*: View summary of credit points and grades; View transcript; *RESEARCH*: View dates associated with progress reports and thesis (i.e. deadline, extension, submission, defense and approval); Ask for extensions; Update the defense date); Register to MSc rotations and MSc research group; View feedback re. rotation performance); *ABSENCE*: Report on absence; view absence summary; view absence history (by type and by date); *FGS REGULATIONS*: Search and view; *PROFILE*: Status and relevant affiliation details; Update personal particulars through selfie HR; Travel budget number and balance; Validity of visa and medical insurance (international students/postdocs); Retrieve monthly fellowship reports. *FGS CONTACTS*: Personalized FGS contacts; *ACADEMIC CALENDAR*: View current year's and next year's academic calendar; *WIS DIRECTORY*: Access contact details of everyone on campus; *Daily Menu*: Daily menus, prizes and specials offered by the cafeterias on campus; *WIS LIBRARY SERVICES* (via link); *WIS INTEGRATED CALENDAR* (via link); *Campus MAP & NAVIGATION* (via link); and *Settings*.
A similar set of features is available for Heads of research groups. However, due to Information Security restrictions, unlike the same features in the Desktop App, some of them provide the mentors with only partial information on their students. Yet, it is powerful and useful for them too. FEED*: Receive general FGS announcements as well as administrative and academic notifications; *MY GROUP*: View a list of current students and postdocs with basic administrative information about them (including: Status, Start date, FGS support of their fellowship, co-advisor, examiners and more).
