focus TimerApp created as helper for us with a short attention span.
The idea is that you put in what you are going to do during the time and your goals for the activity. The time is set to 30minutes during that time you will give all your focus to your activity.
When the 30minutes are up you immediately stop with what you are doing and go do something else. Repeat this until your satisfied.
