About ForceData

ForceData is a very simple app that uses the sensors of the iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch to measure acceleration, velocity and force. Also, it exports filtered data to a CSV file. This CSV file is already prepared to plot force-time, velocity-time and acceleration-time curves easily.

Very useful for simple sport biomechanics analyses in exercises like the countermovement jump or the squat!

ForceData has arrived to the Apple Watch! Now you can register acceleration, velocity and force from your watch. Also, now we use Apple’s filtering to export the data.

NOTE: To export the data from the Apple Watch, the iOS app needs to be open
