About Hello from the Other Side

Golden dog gets arrested and sentenced to 3 years imprisonment however he now escapes and is on the lose! The officers from "The Other Side" are on a mission to hunt him down! Will they be able to succeed and bring him to justice? What's the hidden motive behind him risking his life?
