ICEboard - Crisis Management

In this new version, we focused on rebuilding the app from the ground up, especially to enable SSO login.
We also fixed a performance issue that made displaying the incidents' list and the incidents quit long. It is now fast, as it should be.
Visually, there are very few changes in this update.

This time, we focused on the ease of filtering the incident list by adding 2 new instant filters. The first allows you to filter important incidents and the second the incidents for which you have resources in your scope.
Also, for ongoing incidents that have not been updated for a while, we display the timestamp in orange. This makes it easier to follow up incidents.
Finally, the app is now quicker to show the weather and the incident list.
