About iYachtCalc
IYachtCalc enables provisional race results to be posted as soon as the last boat finishes a race. It is recommended to use it in conjunction with the usual written race record.
Enter details of competing yachts/dinghies - through the user interface or download from a club/regatta Website.
Touch Record Finish button to log time as a yacht finishes then associate the yacht identity;
and/or
Pre-select approaching yachts and touch Finish button of the appropriate entry as they cross line.
Set up races with a name, class, fleet, rating system, start time and time limit as required.
iYachtCalc calculates results for yacht in all applicable races.
Finish times and race details can be added and amended at any time.
List of finishers and race results can be emailed for printing and posting to competitors and for import to preferred race results programs.

The user can now select from the yacht list a filtered set to represent just those yachts present in the starting area for a race or races. Using this filtered list makes it easy to associate yachts with their finish time.
An additional 'Start -1 minute' button has been added so that the race start time can be set at the 1-minute signal (when there are fewer actions for the race officers).
A copy function allows race details to be set up from an existing race making it easier to specify a sequence of races for the same fleet.
