About LAUSD Service Calls

LAUSD Service Calls is a free and easy to use mobile service that allows anyone within the LAUSD boundaries to report maintenance service calls using their mobile phone. Principals, Teachers, Students, Parents, and the public as a whole will be able to easily report issues to maintenance services (Graffiti, Vandalism, Repairs) for quick resolution.

Happy Independence Day! We fixed a bug that was effecting iOS 6 users. We also fixed a bug on the settings screen.

If you are an iOS 6 user, and you're not planning on updating your OS, please download this version. We will NOT be supporting iOS6 in any future releases - this is the last one! For those of you running iOS7, 8 or higher, don't you worry. We'll be supporting those versions for a very long time to come.

New: In-App Browser Navigation. When you view additional content information inside that app, you can now navigate forward and backwards and share this content directly through email, SMS, and social media.

New: Custom Colors and Branding. You'll see new colors and custom branding inside the app.

Improved: Notifications. You'll now for notifications on status updates and other important announcements.

Improved: Under the Hood. We made improvements to the overall app stability, including location performance and user input controls.

Improved: iOS8 Enhancements. Incorporated iOS8-specific changes to improve performance on submitting new requests.

We’ve fully redesigned the interface for easier, simple navigation. The new layout allows for much more rich content to be incorporated within the app. The new look also included menu items that allow you to submit bug reports directly from the application (should you come across one).

Also included in this release are bug fixes related to commenting on reports, attaching media to reports, and some GPS issues related to report creation and editing.
