About DS Solutions
Ducted Systems Solutions (DS Solutions) mobile app makes it easier and convenient to view unit-specific information and connect with tech support. The DS Solutions app is a free app that provides service technicians with all available information while servicing or troubleshooting a unit for Commercial and Residential product lines. Access information by scanning the QR label on the rating plate or entering the serial number of the unit. Take advantage of the following features available for all units: Nomenclature, Literature (technical guide, installation manual, and wiring diagrams), Parts List, Product Registration and Claims Tracking, and Contacts (sales and tech support).
The app gives detailed information and contact information technicians need to for troubleshooting support on or off the jobsite, saving them time and ensuring they have the support they need.
