A novel in-home exercise strategy, that combines a daily activity goal with simple strengthening exercises, may prove a viable alternative strategy for treating frailty after TAVR. We will evaluate the feasibility and efficacy of a pragmatic in-home exercise strategy to increase daily activity and improve quality of life after TAVR.
