New York, 1965. Midden in de swingende jaren zestig opende TGI Fridays™ zijn deuren.
Een cocktailbar op de hoek van 63rd Street en First Avenue en hét kindje van parfumverkoper
Alan Stillman. TGI Fridays was een nieuwe bar en de allereerste in zijn soort.
Mannen en vrouwen kwamen hier samen om elkaar te ontmoeten, bij te praten en
herinneringen te maken. Met één doel: dat bekende vrijdagmiddaggevoel te vieren dat
