Triathlon training app to help you complete a Sprint, Olympic, 70.3 distance (1.2 mile swim, 56 mile bike segment and 13.1 mile run segment) and 140.6 distance (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike segment and 26.2 mile run segment) triathlon.
