You ask, we create. We’re excited to announce that the most requested feature — custom exercises — is here! Starting from this version, you can create as many personal exercises as you need, name them and control each part of the breath cycle.

Being able to set the timing for each part of a breath allows you to get the most out of your practice. So why is there only one custom exercise? We aren't setting any limits here! Each configuration remembers its time settings, so you can setup as many custom exercises as you need to balance out your daily routine perfectly.

We know sometimes it's challenging to catch a peaceful moment to do a mindful practice. Many of you would like to breathe consciously while commuting, and now that's very easy to do - get your AirPods, start a practice, switch off the screen, and you're ready to go!

It's a tough time, but you know that proper breathing will help you to deal with stress and anxiety, right? We keep working on making the app a comfortable place to take a mindful break.

We've made it possible to hear voice and sound guides even if the silent switch is turned on. You can use it to make sure that nothing disturbs you while you're doing breathwork.

We've also made UI improvements, rearranged exercises so you have quicker access to free ones, and fixed an issue with the info button on the custom breathing exercise.
