We've done a little housekeeping to tidy up creating leads in Brivity GO! Now, if you don't set a primary agent when creating a lead, it will default to the user who creates it. In addition, if you don't set an intent it will default to buyer (rather than being a required field), and adding a phone number is optional.

In this latest release of Brivity GO, we added 10 new contact filter options so you can drill down to specific lists of leads with ease. Filter by Auto Plans, Listing Alerts, Market Reports, Last Website Visit, Communication, Next Task, Email, Phone, Address, and Date Submitted. On top of that, you can now toggle Face ID or Touch ID from the "More" page for an additional layer of security.

Thank you for using Brivity GO! With this new update, you can now swipe between contacts. From a lead detail page, swipe left or right to quickly navigate to the previous or next lead in the filtered list. This is more efficient for touching a group of leads without having to exit back out to the index page between each interaction.

Thanks for using Brivity GO! In this update, we've added the new Message Center feature! This new tab shows you all inbound text inquiries from any contacts who text your Brivity number, so you can see them in one place and respond quickly. In addition, admins and account owners can see all inbound text inquiries for the account (and the responses from their team members) and can filter by the user for accountability.
