iPad Fixes

* A crash can occur in landscape orientation when using the rating and reviews is now fixed.
* When the App starts up and there is no WiFi but a valid 3G connection the check for a data connection was giving a false reading is now fixed.
* No location could be found during the startup sequence in some scenarios has now been fixed.
* When in landscape mode and viewing a item on the map on the left side of the screen, pressing the map list button on the bottom right of the screen would cause a crash has now been fixed.
