Using the calories table you can define the energy value of the most popular food items and cooked foods. As well, you can learn and correct your daily eating. General list includes the information on energy, carbohydrates, proteins and fats content in 100 grams of food. Energy value is expressed in kilocalories (kcal). The app contains more than 8700 items, and for your convenience it is separated into sections, and food items are listed in alphabetic order.
