About CalOrigin Proof of Origin

California's patients and dispensaries can now confirm the validity of medical cannabis products produced in participating counties through the use of the new Proof of Origin app.

Patients and dispensaries can use it to:
- Verify that an item is a genuine product of one of the participating County
- Obtain information about the product's origin, including when and where it was produced
- View information about producers, products and product test results
- Report concerns about product or stamp integrity

This application can be used as part of the control of Medical Cannabis in participating counties.
