With Mobile apps from CAS Software AG, you can easily access your contacts, appointments, documents and more from CAS genesisWorld, including the dossier ensuring a 360° view. Get instant, real-time access to your data. Work with up-to-date data from your CRM system and seamlessly exchange data between the internal office and the field staff. All permission rights are considered when you access your data while on the move.
Requirements
To use the app, CAS genesisWorld version x7 and iOS-Version 8.0 or higher are required. To use the app and integrate it into your CAS genesisWorld CRM system, you need to configure your server settings and ensure that you have the correct license.

• New user interface design
As with all the CAS genesisWorld Clients which are based on SmartDesign Technology the CAS genesisWorld iOS app has been given a facelift and adapted to the clean lines of FlatDesign to further optimize the overall user experience.
• Radial menu
The innovative radial menu enables users to quickly access the most frequently used data record functions. The radial menu can be accessed from any list entry by clicking the data record type icon or simply by “clicking-and-holding" a list item.
• iCalendar formats now supported
Both participants in iCalendar appointments and associated statuses are now displayed in the CAS genesisWorld iOS app.
• New: "maps"
With the new "Maps" app, you can access any map views you defined in CAS genesisWorld while mobile. And the proximity search also enables you to view any contacts within a radius of your current location. Highlight: the heatmap view displays geographical frequencies directly on your map.
• SmartSearch 2.0
The quick Search-as-you-type function has been further improved. In addition to optimizing relevance sorting, you can also search for the following data record types: Addresses, Appointments, Documents, Processes, Tasks, Projects, Phone calls, Holidays and Opportunities.
• More languages: "Portuguese"
The CAS genesisWorld iOS app is now also available in Portuguese.

Support for name prefixes

Opening documents with other apps
Users can now decide what app they want to use to open a document, using the touch-and-hold feature in a document data record calls the Open document function. This function is also available for e-mail attachments in archived e-mails.
