Century Ordering is a Smart Solution built on Native platform to support and enhance the concept of “Quick Order process”.
Century Ordering helps customers by reducing the time consumption for placing orders and delivers improved levels of customer satisfaction. Its primary objective of providing an efficient and smart ordering application, gets fulfilled by using the concepts of Guided selling that bring out the best and/or recommends services for customers, with minimal input.
The Sales section in Century Ordering helps the sales people take orders from a customer by auto suggesting the service based on inputs provided by the Customer- it provides guided selling strategy for Order placement. The orders on successful submission will be processed and delivered seamlessly with prompt response. Also user can view sales orders handy while in the field using their mobile devices.
Century Ordering also gives you fast and easy access to Service details and Network Connectivity for opted service. One of the most important feature of Century Ordering is to provide the Network view of the selected service. To be specific, it shows how the Service connection would be made from the customer location to the nearby head end.
With such an easy-to-use, user-friendly native app that caters to the needs of service representatives focusing on Telecom, ordering and tracking business becomes more effortless.
