Chakra Clock Usage Tips:
Simple Meditation With Cooldown - Setup two timers one for to go off 5 minutes before the other. Use the Brass bowl to alert you that your meditation is almost over, then end with the Chime after you've drifted slowly back to the world.

Mindfulness Alerts - Setup one timer in auto repeat mode to go off every 30 minutes to 1 hour. When the timer goes off become aware of your posture, hand position on a keyboard, whatever will help you.
