Charmayne’s mission began with three beliefs:
- There is SO MUCH more to food consumption than nutrients, protein, carbs, fats, calories and addictions.
- Each of us is given the same opportunity to live in happiness and love by removing comparison, stress and overwhelm, while incorporating holistic tools to live a joy filled life.
- You are a work in progress and doing the best you can with what you have at this very moment. Rather than viewing ones actions, thoughts, beliefs or words as “right” or “wrong”, consider what is effective and ineffective to reaching our goals and manifesting our desires into reality.
