To take advantage of all of these new features on your video doorbell, you will need to also update the firmware on your doorbell to version 2.0.0 or newer. This can be done by clicking on the doorbell and then following the blue dot in the App to update. Please note: updating the firmware to version 2.0.0 on the video doorbell will erase all previously recorded video footage. All new video recordings will record properly and can be accessed through the ClareVision Plus gallery.
