CleanLift - Weight Training Description
Going to the gym is about to get exciting again. Weight training should be about focus and effort, so put down your notepad and let CleanLift do the rest.

Beginners:

We have weight training plans created for every level of experience! Missed a workout? Don't worry, your schedule will be readjusted to keep you on track.

Experts:

Logging your own custom workouts has never been easier. CleanLift was designed to require the least amount of 'taps' from start to finish when logging results.

Other Features:

Routines - Use our pre-built workout routines or create your own custom routines for easier logging of the same workout!

Personal Record Tracking - Displays your personal record for any lift while you're logging to keep you motivated to set new bests.

Adjustable Set Timer - Upon finishing any set, a timer will display to ensure you don't lose cadence during a workout. This is accompanied by an optional notification reminder.

Extensive Exercise Logging - Logging exercises, even supersets, has never been easier. If you don't see an exercise you'd like to log, we've made it simple to add your own to the database.

Apple Health - CleanLift can use Apple's HealthKit API to record strength training activity sessions from the iPhone app or the Apple Watch app (Premium only). This feature is built into the workout logger so you don't have to leave the app to record your exercise.

Apple Watch (Premium only) - Log workouts from your wrist! The watch app supports logging full workouts along with tracking workout activity data via the Health app. And don't worry, your workouts will be in-sync between devices!

Apple Music Integration - Control your Apple Music direction from within the CleanLift app, no more switching apps during a workout!

Other features - Export full workout history as a CSV file

2.4.0 2022-09-25
This version brings support for iOS 16 and a few minor UI fixes!
2.3.2 2022-03-07
CleanLift has a new highly-requested feature! You can now add a note to any exercise within a workout from the exercise "more menu". Once you have saved a note, it will be visible any time you are logging that exercise in future workouts, so you can see any relevant info you left for yourself!

In addition to that, this version updates how the exercise name & PR is displayed, fixes some nav bar display bugs, and fixes an issue with sharing workouts on iPad.

Thanks to the users that filed feedback to get these updates in!

P.S. - I am aware that a segment of users is experiencing app crashes on launch from the previous update. I want you to know I'm working on a solution and am truly sorry for the issue! Please reach out to whiteboardappdev@gmail.com for updates and support on the matter.

2.3.0 2021-12-11
This update improves the experience for users in locales where a comma is used as the decimal separator. Thank you to the user that reported this issue!
2.2.16 2021-08-05
This update fixes an issue some users were experiencing while ending a workout with an activity session on the watch app.
2.2.12 2021-01-09
This version updates the way new custom exercises are created. Instead of automatically adding to your current workout, the exercise will only be added to your database. This allows you to create exercises for supersets more easily and provides a better user experience.
2.2.11 2020-12-30
This update brings a new feature to kickoff your 2021 workouts! Timed exercises have been overhauled for CleanLift on iOS devices and the watch app! Instead of counting up like a stopwatch, these exercises now let you set a desired time to count down from, that way you can start the timer for a set and end your exercise when time is up. The same functionality is available from the watch as well, finally bringing timed exercises to the watch app! I hope you'll enjoy this feature from wherever you're working out!
2.2.9 2020-11-26
This is a minor update to remove any pending "set timer" notifications after a workout is ended from another device.
2.2.6 2020-11-07
The "Now Playing" view has been re-introduced to the watch app! For devices with WatchOS 7 or later, you'll now see two options at the top of your current workout. One allows you to see your activity stats, and the other allows you to control your music!

In addition to that, there is now a small timer view to show your rest time that floats at the bottom of the screen so you don't need to navigate to see your rest timer. This is also only on WatchOS 7 devices and up.
2.2.5 2020-10-16
When adding a custom exercise to your database, you'll now see an updated view that is much easier to use! This version also fixes a bug with the Watch App that would cause the current workout indicator to not show at times.
2.1.17 2020-09-17
This version provides support for iOS 14!
2.1.14 2020-08-27
The focus of this update is around improvements to the watch workout connection with the iPhone app. You'll now see a confirmation when starting watch workouts from the iPhone app, and communication should also be a little quicker and more reliable in certain cases. And of course, bugs continue to be fixed! Thanks for the feedback!
2.1.13 2020-08-16
The update brings a new feature to the iPhone and Watch app: Set Types! You can now tap the set number of any set to select its "type" - warmup, drop set, failure, or standard. Selecting "warmup" will adjust your set count, and selecting "failure" will not count that set towards your PR statistics.

Of course, I'm always adding tons of other fixes and updates behind the scenes. In this update:
- updated button icons for timed sets
- updated icon and functionality for reordering sets/lifts
- alphabetical quick search feature added to the "add lift" view
- several bug fixes as always
2.1.8 2020-07-06
This version brings a few minor updates along with the usual bug fixes:
- iCloud sync status was added to the Help section in Settings
- More UI refresh updates to text fonts across the app
- Badge redesign on the workout summary views in History
2.1.7 2020-06-28
This version has some fresh UI updates to almost every view in the app! You'll notice a more polished font style and a consistent rounded-corners style view throughout the app.

This update also includes several fixes:
- Restoring purchases now shows better feedback on result
- An issue with workout data sometimes being reverted shortly after input has been addressed
- Routine sets are now correctly indexed to support reordering without issues
- An issue with superset reps and weight updates on the Watch app has been addressed
- Supersets were not being marked complete correctly, super sorry if you were affected by that. It's all good now.
2.1.3 2020-05-25
This update fixes some issues with the new watch app features
- Rest time was incorrectly being reset to 3:00 for some users - this has been fixed
- Custom exercises will now show up on the watch via iCloud sync
- Rest time notifications were firing at incorrect times or not at all, notifications now work on phone and watch
2.1.2 2020-05-11
Multiple device support: From now on, any device that is signed in to your iCloud account will be able to sync workout data. See your workouts on all your devices!

Apple Watch workout logging: Premium users will now be able to log workouts straight from their watch! This feature also uses iCloud to sync with your other devices.

2.1.2: Adding option to mark a workout as unfinished after finishing it
2.1.0 2020-04-27
What's up my people! Version 2.1 has a few big changes!

Multiple device support: From now on, any device that is signed in to your iCloud account will be able to sync workout data. See your workouts on all your devices!
Apple Watch workout logging: Premium users will now be able to log workouts straight from their watch! This feature also uses iCloud to sync with your other devices.
As usual, we also had some bug fixes and minor improvements.
2.0.10 2020-04-03

- While re-ordering lifts, the lift stats view no longer pops up from long-press gestures.
- Routine editing has a few less UI issues
- Minor UI updates to Finish/Done button in workouts & routines
2.0.9 2020-01-24
Happy New Year! I've got a minor update with a few bug fixes.

I'm working on a really neat watch app feature to log workouts without your phone, so stay tuned!
2.0.8 2020-01-11
Happy New Year! I've got a minor update with a few bug fixes:
-Set and/or lift order was getting all kinds of messed up if you deleted and added several times. Should be all good now.
-Completing superset sets now correctly resets the rest timer

I'm working on a really neat watch app feature to log workouts without your phone, so stay tuned!
2.0.7 2019-12-30

1.7.7 2019-09-19
DARK MODE! Yeah, yeah, we've been dark for a while now. But CleanLift now has a light-mode to appease our light-mode users. It's pretty cool...not as cool as DARK MODE...but still
1.7.6 2019-09-05
Because I'm obsessed with myself, I made an "About Me" page in settings so you can get to know me better.

It's not all about me though, I did fix an app crash that was happening to users adding lifts to old routines. Sorry about that, can we still be friends?
1.7.5 2019-09-02

3. Fixed a crash with editing completed workouts
1.7.4 2019-08-30
Yo dawg, I heard you like reordering sets and lifts in your routines so we put a reorder button in the routines view so you can reorder your routines.

I also heard you like sharing routines with your wife so y'all can be fit and stuff, so we added a share button in the routines view, too, dawg.

Lastly, I heard you like it when your calculated 1-rep-max is correct when it's in metric units, so we squashed that bug for you dawg.

1.7 2019-08-03
Who turned out the lights? Oh right, that was me. CleanLift is getting a little darker in preparation of dark & light modes in iOS 13! Additionally, this update cleans up the UI a little bit in favor of functionality and ease of use.
1.6.8 2019-07-20
Did you ever create a custom exercise and later realized you named it "Bent Over Cow" instead of "Bent Over Row"? But you've already logged several workouts with it and don't know what to do? Well today's your lucky day, cowboy. There is a new option in the lift context menu for custom lifts that allows you to edit the lift's name and/or type, and it is updated everywhere else in your workout history.

So go make typos to your heart's content

Also, bug fix to correct the pencil icon color
1.6.7 2019-07-19

The previous update might have been a bit overweight. I've moved the videos out of the app and to YouTube so that you have some more storage space on your phone. You're very welcome, don't spend it all at one place.
1.6.4 2019-06-27
