- When looking at a customer's main screen, there is now a "quick view" option.
- Categories for customers are now called "tags" and have been moved to the "quick view" screen.
- When creating a tag, you can choose from four different color choices.

- Follow-ups are reminders of things you need to follow-up on with the client. When a follow-up is due or past due, you will see an indicator in the tab bar as well as the "last visit" section of the customer screen. Follow-ups can be completed or deleted.
- The important dates section on the engage tab has been removed due to the new way follow-ups are handled. Important dates still exist in a customer's profile and follow-ups are automatically created when an important date is approaching.
- There is now a "History" icon on the customer screen. A customer's history tracks shows a timeline of activity that has been taken on that specific customer.
- Photos taken in Clientbook are saved to your phone's camera roll so you can edit them if needed.
