With a variety of classes ranging from HIIT (high-intensity interval training, Zumba Dance, Strength Training, and more—our classes are sure to be the right fit for everyone, and all experience levels!

Book a Personal Training session before coming to the gym: Get the most from your gym time. Use our app to schedule time one-on-one with our personal trainers to set goals, customize your workouts, and ensure you’re moving in the direction you want. Not comfortable working out in our main gym area? No problem! Club Fitness has created private personal training rooms to accommodate while we work together to break through these fears and build your confidence!

Looking to work out together: Small group training has grown in popularity recently because it’s an affordable, fun way for you to take advantage of our personal trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment — all while pushing you harder, breaking your mind-set limits, and taking advantage of the competitiveness of a group dynamic.
