Für alle smartbook.io Veranstalter gibt es hier die smartbook App. Mit der App können Sie die Tickets Ihrer Veranstaltungsteilnehmer scannen und somit den Überblick behalten, wer schon angekommen ist und welche Optionen die jeweilige Person gebucht hat.

Um Tickets für eine bestimmte Veranstaltung zu scannen, öffnen Sie die App und drücken auf das Plus in der oberen rechten Ecke.
Dann scannen Sie den QR code der Veranstaltung, für den Sie die Tickets scannen wollen. Diesen finden Sie auf der Webseite smartbook.io in dem Bereich „Deine Events“.
Nachdem Sie den Eventveranstaltungscode gescannt haben, können Sie nun für dieses Event Tickets scannen.
