This version of Mobile CRM is mainly focused on modernizing the login process. This is a very technical task, but we have also fixed some reported issues that we hope you will appreciate.

Adding a person to a project
We have made it easier to add a person to a project. Instead of going to the project and then look up the person to add you can now look up the person and add her/him to your project right from the person screen

In this release we believe we have quite a few good new and improved features. We have implemented support for quote request notifications, and improved our search engine.

* Notifications for quote approval flow
You will now be notified if someone needs approval for their quote. You can see all the important details about the sale and approve or deny the quote. The person who issued the approval will get notified with your response. This feature requires SuperOffice 10.1.5 or newer.

* Search for anything
New and improved search for company/contact, sale and project. With the new search engine you can search for any property within an entity, like phone number, e-mail address, project number etc. You will now start the search from the "Search" button on the keyboard.

This time we have focused on fixing bugs reported by our users, and some improvements under the hood.

We have dived into some issues we have had with alarms on some occasions, and found things we would like to change. It should work better now for those of you who have experienced problems after switching from wintertime to summertime, and for some alarms after an appointment has been cancelled.

This release will make Request Notifications public available. When receiving a New request, New message, Activated request or Escalated request you will get notified directly in your Mobile CRM app and on your phone's Notification Centre.

We also introduce a much wanted feature, the ability to look up phone numbers that call you based on phone numbers stored in SuperOffice CRM. We call this feature Mobile CRM Caller ID. This means you can set up Mobile CRM to scan your contacts phone number within SuperOffice and present the name of the contact when s/he calls you if the person is not registered in your local phonebook.


Highlights:
Request Notifications public available (requires Service license)
Caller ID lets you identify contacts in your SuperOffice CRM when they call you. With Caller ID you will immediately see who is calling you and you can respond properly.

Pilot program - Request Notifications in Mobile CRM:

This release addresses an issue in iOS 15 that caused images to be cropped. Some CRM Scripts will not be possible to run in Mobile CRM and we have added a global preference for turning CRM Scripts on or off. We have also looked at reported language/translation issues.
